Arrived SBd from Chicago in 1890; opened a watch-maker & Jewelry Store on Western Ave. Retired a few years ago. Services at St Mary's Polish National Catholic Church; burial in St Joseph Cem. Surviving are his wife, Theresa, a daughter, Mrs Stella Kopanski of Chicago, 6 sons; Joseph, John, Walter, Frank, Peter Jr and Chester; one brother, Matthew Chrapliwy and two sisters, Mrs Tatina Fug and MarieChrapliwy, all of Poland
Was a watchmaker and owned a watch and jewelry store in South Bend, IN.
