SOUTH BEND - Frederick A. Kabel , 60, of Renfrew Drive, died at 10:50 a.m. Saturday in his home of natural causes. Mr. Kabel retired in 1994 from Modineer Corp., Niles, as a tool and die maker and was a former employee of Star Machine Corp., Elkhart. He was born July 18, 1934, in Mishawaka and was a lifelong area resident. On June 27, 1953, in Mishawaka, he married Joanne Rospopo. She survives with three daughters, Linda J. Keeler of Whitehall, Mich., Lisa A. Sisk of Rossville, Ind., and Laura M. Heckaman of South Bend; and three grandchildren. A son, Frederick A. Jr., died in 1972. He was a member of Grace Brethren Church, Mishawaka. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the church. Burial will be in Southlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Monday in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka, and one hour before services Tuesday in the church.
