GRANGER - Malachi Raymond Pellegrini was stillborn on Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center. He is the son of Raymond Robert Pellegrini and Sarah Elizabeth Pellegrini of Granger, IN. Ray and Sarah chose the name Malachi, meaning "my messenger" or "my angel." Surviving are father Ray, sister Anne, and brother Joseph, all of Granger; grandparents Chris & Bill Polei, both of Logansport; & great-grandmothers Jennie Brown of Winchester & Lois Hoover of Victorville, CA. Visitation for Malachi and Sarah will be held at Palmer Funeral Home-Hickey Chapel, 17131 Cleveland Road, South Bend on Sunday, June 23, 2013, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A vigil service will be held at the funeral home beginning at 7:00 pm Sunday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, June 24, 2013, at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 52553 Fir Road, Granger, IN at 1:00 pm, where visitation will be held one hour prior to Mass. There will be a Graveside Service on Tuesday, June 25, 2013, at 11:00 am at Mt. Hope Cemetery, 1800 Grant Street, Logansport, IN. Contributions in memory of Malachi and Sarah Pellegrini may be offered to St. Pius X Catholic Church with attention to Elizabeth Ministries.
