Her date and place of death are given in her Indiana death certificate. The understanding of the unnamed informant was that she was the wife of Anton Ruszkowski and had been born Aug. 15, 1865 in Poland to Frank Grzezinski. Refer to Anthony's memorial for their marriage and shared biography.
