SOUTH BEND - Nancy Ann Dudeck, 57, passed away at 12:40 am Wednesday, August 29, 2012, in St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis. Nancy was born in South Bend to Walter F. and Mildred L. (Shaffer) Dudeck. Nancy was preceded in death by her father, Walter F. Dudeck, and brothers, Michael and Thomas Dudeck. Nancy is survived by her mother, Mildred L. (Shaffer) Dudeck, along with sisters, Katherine Enders of South Bend, Marie Clark of South Bend, Patricia Dudeck of Indianapolis, and Sandra (Paul) Clark of Rolling Prairie; and brothers, James and Randy Dudeck of South Bend. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, along with longtime friends and extended family members. Nancy graduated from LaSalle High School, and attended Ivy Tech for Graphic Design. She was a very artistic person, enjoyed sewing, loved working with flowers, music and playing the guitar. Nancy was a good-hearted person and had a great sense of humor, just like her father; she enjoyed baking, especially at Christmas time. She was an avid animal lover and most of all loved to spend time with her family. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Tuesday, September 4, 2012, in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road. A memorial service will be celebrated at 1:00 pm. Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2012, in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
