SOUTH BEND - John Kleszcz, 90, passed away at 12:35 a.m. on Saturday, December 11, 2010, in Ironwood Rehabilitation. John was born on October 8, 1920, in Poland, to the late Mary and John Kleszcz. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Ann Szerla. On November 16, 1948, he married Halina (Kalinowska), who survives along with their daughter, Barbara (Mike) Hummel of Walkerton. John retired in 1986 from Raco. He was a member of PNA and Free Poland, and was a parishioner of St. Adalbert Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 14, 2010, in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road, where a Rosary will be prayed at 5:00 p.m. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 15, 2010, in the funeral home.
