Michael “Woz” Wozniak, 66, passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022 at Memorial Hospital, with his family by his side. Michael joined the United States Air Force in 1976, where he worked as an administration specialist. He retired in 2018 from the University of Notre Dame in IT. Michael was the life of the party and enjoyed making everyone around him laugh. He enjoyed golfing, listening to all types of music, going to the casino, and spending time with his family and friends playing cards and dice, which he always managed to win. Michael is preceded in death by his parents, Clem and Doris Wozniak; his brother, Clem Wozniak; and his sister, Cathy Hahn. He is survived by his wife, Janet Wozniak; his daughter, Angela (Chad) Cave; his sister, Linda (Butch) Harper; nephews, James (Wendy) and John (Shannon); niece, Jennifer; and great-nieces and nephews: Evann and Ryann Schmidtendorff, Madeline and Jillian Wozniak, and John and Madison Hahn.
