He was married to Lucille R. In 1953, he and his wife were living at 2908 Valley, Omaha, Nebraska, along with Bernard J. and Robert R Skudlarek. That year he was working as a laborer for Wilson & Company (meatpacking?) and Lucille was working as a charwoman at the Aquila Court Building, in Omaha, Nebraska. Lucille, his widow, died at age 64, in January, 1967. There is an obituary for Lucille in the February 2, 1967, Omaha World-Herald.
