SOUTH BEND - Clara B. Kosik, 87, of Transitional Health Services of South Bend, died there Thursday. Survivors include three sisters, Genevieve Beitler of South Bend, Sister Mary Martin, Daughter of Divine Charity of corpus Christi Church, South Bend, and Helen O'Loughlin of Sacramento, Calif, and a brother, John of South Bend. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic church. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today in St. Joseph Funeral Home, where the rosary will be said at 4 p.m.
