MISHAWAKA -- Bert J. Przestwor, 88, of Countryside Place, died Saturday in the home
of natural causes. Survivors include a daughter, Linda L. Wood of Peoria, Ariz.; and
a son, Michael of Mishawaka. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Welsheimer
Family Funeral Home, 521 N. William St., where friends may call one hour before
services.

Bert J. Przestwor, 88, of South Bend, passed away Saturday, January 15, 2005, in Countryside Place, Mishawaka
He was born on August 28, 1916, in South Bend, to the late Stanley H. and Hedwige (Michalski) Przestwor. On August 31, 1946, Bert married the former Cecelia H. Gruber. Cecilia preceded him in death on November 2, 1983. Also preceding him in death were his sister, Martha Crane, and a brother, Stanley Przestwor Bert was a veteran and had served his country proudly in the U.S. Army from 1941-1945 Bert is survived by his daughter, Linda l. (George) Wood of Peoria, Ariz.; a son, Michael B. (Barbara) Przestwor of Mishawaka and by a grandson, Wayne Harman. Funeral service will be today, January 19, 2005, at 11 a.m. in Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service. Burial to follow at Highland Cemetery.
