LAPORTE - Mark A. Huryn, 62, La Porte, Indiana, passed away Thursday, January 18, 2018 at 3:41 pm in his home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN with Rev. Kevin Huber officiating. Burial will follow in Swan Lake Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Tuesday and from 9:00 am - 10:00 am Wednesday at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel. He was born March 20, 1955 in Michigan City, Indiana to the late Floyd and Norma (Batzel) Huryn. Surviving are a sister, Gail Huryn of LaPorte, IN; brother, David Huryn of LaPorte, IN; Uncle and Aunt, Walter and Delores Huryn of Trail Creek, IN; and several Mark enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching Westerns and cartoon dvd's.
