From the SOUTH BEND TRIBUNE, May 21, 1958:

Henry DeLater, 1025 Lombardy Dr., died at 7:25 p.m. Tuesday in Memorial Hospital after a short illness. He was born in Belgium April 7, 1905 and came from there to South Bend 39 years ago. He was married in South Bend July 31, 1926, to Jennie Wlodarski, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Sharon, at home; three sons Ronald, at home, and Robert and Richard, both of South Bend; four grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Messer and Mrs. Emma Coddens, both of South Bend, and four brothers, Stanley and Cecil DeLater, both of Mishawaka, Cyriel DeLater of Belgium, and Robert DeLater of South Bend.
