Clement A. Kiska, 91, of Beverly Place, passed away at 12:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Joseph Medical Center. Mr. Kiska retired from Werntz Hardware and was previously employed for 38 years with the former Studebaker Corp. He was born on Oct. 18, 1905, in South Bend, and was a lifelong resident. On April 26, 1932, in South Bend, he married Dorothy G. Otolski who survives. Also surviving is a son, Paul Kiszka of South Bend, six grandchildren, Mary Frazier, Carolyn Murphy, Mark Kiszka, John Kiszka, Nick Kiszka and Jennifer Kiszka; and two sisters, Alice Litznerski and Elinor Zarembka, both of Mishawaka. A son, Daniel Kiska (1995) preceded him in death. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 3, in Holy Cross Church. Entombment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. on Sunday in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive where a parish will be recited at 3 p.m. and a Legion of Honor service will be held at 4 p.m. Mr. Kiska was a member of Holy Cross Church, an usher of the church and a member of the Legion of Honor of M.R. Falcon's Nest 4. Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Cross Church.
