Born 1 Jan 1921 Logansport IN & lived in Mishawaka most of his life; died 11 Dec 1995 age 74 of Spring St at5:40 a.m. in St Joseph Community Hospital. Services at St Joseph Catholic Church; burial in St Joseph Cemetery. As a Democrat, he served from 1976 until 1991 on the Mishawaka Common Council representing the 2nd District. He also served as president of the council from 1979 to 1986. On 12 Jun 1945 in So Bend he married Alice D Sopczynski who survives, with a son Mitchell J ofSan Isidro Argentina and 3 grandchildren. A daughter, Carolyn died in
1956.
