Janice D. Hagye, 75 years old, passed away at home on Sunday, June 20, 2021 with her family by her side. She was born in South Bend, IN on July 8, 1945, to the late George and Adelia May (Raymond) McKenna. On March 7, 1964, she was united in marriage to the late Charles Hagye II who preceded her in death on March 6, 2014. Janice was employed as a production worker for Allied Products for over 30 years. Janice was a highly active person who never stayed home and loved going to auctions, playing cards and Bingo. She also liked going camping at Yogi Bear campground over the years. She is survived by her two children, Vicky Lynn Hagye and Charles J. (Frances) Hagye both of South Bend. She also leaves behind one grandchild, Markus Beck of South Bend and two step-grandchildren; Cheyenne and James Paulinski both of South Bend and one great grandchild; Arianna Beck. Janice is also survived by her sisters, Linda and Sandy, and brothers, Tom and Mike all of South Bend. She was preceded in death by sisters, Norma Cox, Judy Crume and brothers, Charles and Richard McKenna.
Services for Janice will be at 1:00 p.m. on Monday June 28, 2021 at Palmer Funeral Home - Bubb Chapel, 3910 N. Main Street, Mishawaka, IN 46545. Friends may visit with the family beginning at 11:00 a.m. till the time of service. Burial will be immediately following the service at Riverview Cemetery, South Bend.
