Beulah "Boots" Wadzinski, 78, of 1018 N Adams St, South Bend, died at 4 AM in Medco Center after an illness. She was a lifelong area resident. Surviving are husband Stanley Wadzinski with daughter Christine Chrobot of Osceola; two sons Richard of Mishawaka and Lester of Bloomington, IN; six grandchildren; and two brothers Matthew Hodges and Henry Hojanacki, both of South Bend. She was a member of Polish Women's National Alliance and Rosary and Altar Society of Holy Cross Catholic Church. Kaniewski & Sons Funeral in charge; burial in St Joseph Cemetery.
