b] 9 Dec 1909 in So Bend; d] 21 Aug 1984, age 74 of 61320 Patricia lane, VAndalia Mich, formerly of 222 S Laurel St in SBd. Died at 8:15 a.m. in St Joseph's Medical Center. He was the founder of Louie's Tux Shop which he began in 1948 in a garage at the laurel Street address, and later relocated to Lincoln Way West. In 1973, he added shops in Concord mall at Elkhart and Scottsdale mall in SBd, which were followed by a 4th store in 1974 in College Square in Mishawaka and a 5th shop in Southlake mall in Merrillville IN. The Lincoln Way West outlet of Louie's Tux Shop served as the central office and warehouse for the 5 location. He lived here most of his life, moving to Vandalia after retiring in 1974. Services at St Hedwig CAtholic CChurch, entombment will be in St Joseph Mausoleum at St Joseph Cem. On 1 Aug 1931 he married Stella A Klosinski who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs marlene Rakowski and Mrs Deborah McNab, both of SBd, a son, Donlad L of SBd, 12 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs Irene Bejma, Mrs Betty Vargyas and Mrs Gertrude Arelt, all fo SBd and two brothers, Alexander and Chester Buczynski, both of Arizona.
