Walter Walkowski, age 34, of 514 N Johnson Street, died in Epworth Hospital at 4:40 o'clock Tuesday afternoon, his death resulting from six days' illness of appendicitis.He was born in Poland January 13, 1896, but had lived here since he was four years of age. Surviving are his parents, Michael and Antoinette Walkowski and seven brothers and sisters, Peter, John, Clem and Veronica Walkowski, Mrs. Lottie Zakrzewski, Mrs. Jennie Swiental and Mrs. Stella Chelminiak. Funeral services will be held in St Stanislaus Roman Catholic Church Saturday morning at 9 o'clock with Rev. B. J. Sztuczko, CSC, officiating. Burial will be in St Joseph's Cemetery.
