SOUTH BEND TRIBUNE, December 19, 1994, page 17:

Helen H. Lewinski, 87, of Regency Place, formerly of East Brook Drive, died at 8:30 pjn. Sunday in the nursing home. Mrs. Lewinski was a former secretary at the University of Notre Dame, REAL Services and Hospice of St. Joseph County, Inc. She was born June 12, 1907, in Michigan City and was a lifelong area resident. On June 5, 1929, in South Bend, as Helen Wojciechowski, she married Albin Lewinski. He died in 1958. She is survived by a daughter, Shirley H. Horton of Elkhart; four sons, Donald J. of Destin, Fla., Richard F. of Wheaton, Ill., Thomas J. of Grand Rapids and Michael D. of Granger; 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. A son, Eugene A., died in 1994. She was a member of Harvest House and Altar and Rosary Society, both of Holy Cross Catholic Church.
