SOUTH BEND - Michael Lewallen, 54, passed away Saturday, October 1, 2016 in the Hospice House. Mike was born October 5, 1961 in South Bend to the late Elmer “Bob” and Mary Ann (Zelasko) Lewallen. Survivors of Mike include his children, Tim, Tom, and Brittney Lewallen; stepdaughter, Lee Ann Wireman; 3 grandchildren; sisters, Kim and Tina Lewallen; nephew, Trevor; several aunts, uncles and cousins; girlfriend, Jeani Wisneski; and his best friend, Wally Bartz. Mike enjoyed taking care of his lawn and garden, working on cars, and teaching his sons how to fix things. He loved music, playing drums, and singing karaoke with friends and family. Visitation for Michael will be 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, Wednesday, October 5, 2016 in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd. where a Funeral Service will begin at 1:00 pm.
