He was born in South Bend to Marvin & Jeanette (Budzinski) Ciesiolka who survive along with uncles, Eugene Budzinski, Sr., Ed (Joan) Budzinski, & Ronald Budzinski; aunts, Carol Staszewski & Virginia Young; & cousins. He graduated LaSalle High in 1979 & worked for Nimet IND and Bill Frank Auto. Visitation is 4-8pm Thurs., May 30, 2019; Funeral is 10:30AM, Fri., May 31, 2019 both in St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S.
