She married Joseph Jurek 3 SEP 1928 in South Bend. He died 31 MAY 1940. Wanda then married Clement Pietrzak on 3 AUG 1941 in Mishawaka. Joseph is not mentioned in Wanda's obituary, but Wanda is mentioned as Joseph's surviving spouse in his obituary.

. Mrs. Wanda A. Pietrzak, 62, of 515 S. 35th St., died at 4 p.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph's Hospital after a brief illness. She was born on June 28, 1906 in South Bend and married on Aug. 3, 1941, in Mishawaka, to Clement Pietrzak, who survives. Also surviving are her mother, Mrs. Clara Smolka of South Bend, a son, Thomas, at home, and a daughter, Mrs. Sharon Pugh of South Bend; two grandchildren, a brother, Stanley Smolka of South Bend, three sisters, Mrs. Stella Kuczmanski, Mrs. Carriel Juhas, and Mrs. Henrietta Burdick, all of South Bend. Friends may call in St. Joseph Funeral Home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Very Rev. Msgr. Jerome Bonk, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
