SOUTH BEND -- Frank A. Malkewicz Sr., 81, of Healthwin Specialized Care Facility, died Wednesday in the center.

Survivors include two daughters, Terry Skinner of Medina, Ohio, and Lisa R. Gilman of Atwood; three sons, Frank A. Malkewicz Jr. and Douglas G. Gilman, both of South Bend, and Thomas G. Gilman of Louisville, Ky.; a sister, Louise Shinnick of Peru, Ill.; and a brother, Steve of Littleton, Colo. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in St. Jude Catholic Church. Friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday in McGann Funeral Home.
