Mrs. Joseph Muszynski

Mrs. Katherine H. Muszynski, 81, of 837 S. Dundee, died at 11:40am Sunday at Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.

She was born on December 25, 1901, in South Bend, and was a lifelong resident. On September 2, 1936, in South Bend, she married Joseph Muszynski. He survives with eight grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Irene Olivier of South Bend and Mrs. Dorothy Kesner of Mishawaka; and three brothers, Louis Konopinski of Dowagiac, Bert Konopinski of Lakeville and Donald Konopinski of Syracuse IN.

Services will be at 10am Wednesday at St Patricks Catholic Church, with Rev. Phillip Krill, C.S.C., associate pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St Joseph Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2 to 9pm Tuesday at the St Joseph Funeral Home. The Altar & Rosary Society will lead the rosary at 2pm Tuesday, the parish rosary will be recited at 4pm Tuesday, and the Women of the Moose will conduct a memorial service at 7pm in the funeral home. She was a member of the Altar & Rosary Society of St. Patricks Church and Women of the Moose Auxiliary Lodge 1057.
