His date and place of death are given in his Indiana death certificate for which his wife Helen was the informant. She reported that he had been restaurant keeper. It was her understanding that he had been born Aug. 22, 1872* in Hungary to Joseph & Vera (Labri) Toth. *His gravestone was inscribed with 1871 as his year of birth. His 1910 naturalization record indicates that he was born Aug. 17, 1873. Refer to Helen's memorial for their shared biography.
