SOUTH BEND - Nancy A. Staszewski, 76, of South Bend, passed away on Friday, February 24, 2012, in Memorial Hospital, South Bend. She was born on July 2, 1935, in South Bend, to the late Zygmund and Theresa (Lubawy) Paczkowski. On February 12, 1955, as Nancy Paczkowski, she married Irvin Staszewski, who survives. Along with her loving husband, she is survived by her daughter, Debbie (Paul) Swartz of Granger, IN; three sons, Noel Dean (Jayme) of Flint, MI, Randy (Margie) of Mishawaka and Jeffrey (fianc©be, Ann) of South Bend; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; and her brother, Robert (Claudine) Paczkowski of Seattle, WA. Nancy worked with her husband as a Trustee's Assistant for the German Township Trustee's office. She was a parishioner of Corpus Christi Catholic Church, South Bend. Visitation will be from 2 to 7 pm Tuesday in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive, South Bend, where a Rosary will be prayed at 4 pm.
