CASSOPOLIS - Daniel E. Cholasinski, 69, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 12th, at 1:25 a.m. in Elkhart General Hospital. Daniel was born on May 2, 1939, to the late Stanley and Sevine Barczykowski) Cholasinski. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Kay L. Lippert. On April 30, 1966, he married Bettie I. (Bloomquist), who survives along with their children, Ann (Dennis) Prout of North Liberty,James (Jennifer) Lippert of South Bend and William (Diana) Lippert of South Bend; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and by his sister, Marie(Dan) Medich of South Bend. He was a member of P.N.A. #83, American Legion #284 and P.N.A. Fisherman's Club. Dan was a machinist for Wheelabrater, and then retired in 1998 from the Toll Road. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today, Aug. 14th, in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road, South Bend. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated at 1 p.m. on Friday, August 15, in the funeral home. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, South Bend. Memorial contributions may be made to the donor's choice.
