Lottie T. Zyskowski, 82, of Helmen Drive, passed away after an extended illness on Friday morning in St. Joseph Community Hospital, Mishawaka, Ind. Mrs. Zyskowski was born on October 23, 1917, in South River, N.J., and came to South Bend, Ind. in 1969 from Monticello, Ill. She was retired from working as a C.N.A. On June 12, 1937, in South River, N.J., she married Frank J. Zyskowski Sr., who preceded her in death in March of 1998. She is survived by her daughter, Claire Etter of South Bend; her sons, Frank J. Jr. of Monticello and Ronald P. of Alachua, Fla.; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and by one brother, Stanley Perepiolka of Monticello, Ill. Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 31, in St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church, and burial will follow at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park. Friends may call from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 31, in the McGann Funeral Homes, University Area Chapel, 2313 E. Edison Road at Ironwood. Memorial donations may be made to St. Anthony's Parish Elementary School or to the charity of the donor's choice.
