Billie A. Blalock, 66, passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2016 in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka. Billie was born on September 17, 1949 to Joseph B. and Margaret (Hirsch) Blalock Sr. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Joseph B. Blalock Jr. On April 15, 1993 in Las Vegas, he married the former Sylvia Zimmerman. Surviving are his wife, Sylvia; daughters, Tori (Tony) De Donato of North Liberty and Sarina Zimmerman of Mishawaka; grandchildren, Brianna De Donato, Joe and Emily Scheibelhut, Racheal and Amanda Lambert; great grandchild, Arya Scheibelhut; sister, Linda (Denny) Beavo and a brother, John Blalock both of Mishawaka. Billie worked in Heat Treating in South Bend for 30 years before he retired. As per his request, there will be no visitation and no services. Cremation will take place.
