SOUTH BEND - Robert C. Mell, 81, died of natural causes on Wednesday in St. Paul's Retirement Community. Survivors include a sister, Winifred L. VandenBossche of South Bend, and a brother, Wilbur W. Mell Jr. of South Bend. There will be no services or visitation. Burial will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Osceola, is handling arrangements.
