From the SOUTH BEND TRIBUNE, May 5, 1941, section 2, page 3:

Mrs. Agnes Laskowska, aged 78. died at 7 a. m. Sunday in the home of her son, Stanley Laskowski, 1106 West Colfax avenue, with whom she had made her home. She had been ill one year. She was in born in Germany, Jan. 5, 1863, and came to South Bend 40 years from from Westville, Ind. Surviving are two sons, John and Stanley Laskowski; a daughter, Mrs. Nettie Kraszewska; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren, all of South Bend. Mrs. Laskowska was a member of the Women's Apostleship of Prayer of St. Stanislaus' church.
