Patricia Louise Cholasinski, age 86, residing in South Bend, Indiana passed away at 4:45 p.m. Friday, February 26, 2021 at Sanctuary at St. Paul’s. She taught school at Hay, German and Harrison Elementary Schools in South Bend. Patricia was born on October 20, 1934 in South Bend, Indiana to the late Joseph ad Winifred (Kendziorski) Abraham. On February 8, 1959 in South Bend, Indiana she was united in marriage to Ronald Earnest Cholasinski, who preceded her in death in 2003. Patricia is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Toni Lynn and Paul “Chip” Klingaman of Canton, Ohio; two grandchildren, Kristin Patricia Tully and husband Jonathan of Chapel Hill, North Carolina and Ariel Marie Demetro and husband Michael of Canton, Ohio; three great-granddaughters, Elise Maria Tully, Bethany Samantha Tully and Aurora Rose Demetro; sister, Arlene “NeNe” Meszaros and husband Earnest “Bugsy” of Elkhart; sister-in-law, Patricia “Pat” Abraham of South Bend; brother Marvin Abraham, Sr. and Shirley of South Bend; brother-in-law, Peter “Pete” Meszaros of South Bend; and several nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by sisters, Audrey Meszaros and Maureen Niblick, and her brother, Earnest Abraham. Patricia graduated from Washington High School in South Bend. She earned her Bacherlor’s Degree in Education from Indiana University and her Master’s in Education from Indiana University of South Bend. There will be no services held at this time. She attended several local Catholic Churches where masses will be said in her memory. Palmer Funeral Home-River Park and Southlawn Cremation Services are assisting the family with arrangements.
