SOUTH BEND - Ronald M. Krempasky, age 58, of South Bend, Indiana, passed away Saturday, May 20, 2017, at his home. He was born on May 3, 1959, in Elmhurst, Illinois, to the late Albert L. and Joyce G. (Raher) Krempasky. On October 31, 1989, in South Bend, Indiana, he married Marita (Pape) Krempasky, who survives. Along with his loving wife, Marita, Ron is survived by his son, Tyler (Brittney) Krempasky of Greenfield, Indiana; two grandchildren, twins, Easton Matthew Krempasky and Greyson John Krempasky; step-grandson, Samuel David Farrar, III; his brother, Robert (Stephanie) Krempasky of White Hall, Illinois; and brother-in-law, Mike Smith of Chatsworth, IL. His sister, Kathryn Smith, preceded him in death. Ron was more recently employed at Oaken Bucket, and has been the chef for many restaurants including head chef at the Marriott. Memorial services will be held at 6:00 pm Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at Palmer Funeral Home-River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Avenue, South Bend, where friends may visit with the family from 4:00 until time of services on Wednesday.
