WOJCIECH RADECKI
George and Veronica immigrated February 28, 1906 on the ship "Staveley" from the port of Hamburg to the port of Liverpool, England. Wojciech is 25 years old, his wife is 22 years old. On George and Valentina's immigration they state that they are from Gorki Dabski and are traveling to South Bend, IN to stay with George's Uncle John Radecki. He lives at 1704 Fassnacht Avenue*, South Bend, IN. Also with them is Veronica Radecki, a widow, who is 50 years old. Veronica's relationship to the family is unknown. They bought passage between decks (3 class). George lists his occupation as a laborer. On April 3, 1906 the group boarded the ship "Ivernia" and traveled to Boston, MA. (*street name was probably FASSNACHT Street)

I just found the paper which I sent you awhile back and I think I know a bit more about Wojciech (George) Radecki. He is the illigitimate child of Veronica Radecki; the birth dates match up (Film#2772054). So his relationship to the Radecki's is through his mother. Veronica must be a sister to Valentine and John Radecki as that is the only way Msgr. Radecki could be his first cousin. I'll have to try and find her birth record.
