MISHAWAKA - Natalie L. Mrozinski, 88, of Mishawaka, formerly of Prast Blvd. in South Bend, died on Friday, Nov. 21, 2008. She is survived by her husband, Richard A. Mrozinski of Granger, IN; her daughter, Carol Ann (Harold) Goodell of Dowagiac, MI; two step-grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren. Visitation and funeral times are pending. Kaniewski Funeral Home, South Bend, is handling arrangements.

MISHAWAKA - Natalie L. Mrozinski, 88, of Fountainview Place in Mishawaka, IN, formerly of Prast Blvd. in South Bend, died at 3:14 PM Friday, Nov. 21, 2008, in the Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center. She was born on April 11, 1920, to the late Leo L. and Stella (Janowski) Grzesk in South Bend, IN, and was a lifelong area resident. Along with her parents, four sisters, Helen Wroblewski, Regina Jankowski, Severine Mucha and Sylvia Grzesk, and two brothers, Stanley and Thaddeus Grzesk, also preceded her in death. Natalie was a graduate of South Bend Central High School. Mrs. Mrozinski retired on January 1, 1980, from Bendix Brake and Steering after 37 years as an executive secretary and was a customer service representative. On November 28, 1942, as Natalie L. Grzesk, she married Richard A. Mrozinski in St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, South Bend, IN. She is survived by her loving husband, Richard A. Mrozinski of Granger, IN; her daughter, Carol Ann (Harold) Goodell of Dowagiac, MI; two step-grandchildren, Wendy (Leonard) Ferguson and Nick (Ann Marie) Goodell; and four step-great-grandchildren, Matthew Goodell, Lauren Goodell, Jack Ferguson and Elise Ferguson. Mrs. Mrozinski was a member of St. Stanislaus Parish in South Bend where she belonged to the Altar and Rosary Society. She enjoyed playing poker and euchre, and was an avid Notre Dame fan. Visitation will be from 2-7 PM Tuesday, Nov. 25, in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive, South Bend, IN, where a parish Rosary will be prayed at 4:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, Nov. 26, in St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, South Bend. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
