There is are two Mindykowski family plots in St. Joseph Cemetery. In the plot further from Westen Ave., there is a marker that is inscribed: "Mother - 1850-1920."

From the 11 December 1920 "South Bend Tribune":

. Mrs. Frank Mindykowska, 70 years old, wife of Frank Mindykowska, 1314 West Poland street, died Friday morning at 5:45 o'clock after an illness of one year. She was born in Poland in 1850 and had lived in this city 38 years. Besides her husband, she is survived by eight children, Stephen, Frank, Joseph, Stanley, Louis, Mary, Mrs. Verna Kegier [sic. - should be Jegier], and Mrs. Helen Dolniak. The funeral will be held Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock at St. Casimir's church, Rev. Stephen Gorka officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph's cemetery.
