SOUTH BEND - Arthur C. Podemski, 84, of South Bend, passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2014, in Healthwin Specialized Care Facility, South Bend. He was born on February 28, 1930, in South Bend, to the late Andrew P. and Madeline B. (Micinski) Podemski, and was a lifelong area resident. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Jerome Podemski, in 2003, and by two aunts, Virginia Micinski and Julia Walker. Arthur is survived by his cousins, Donald (Elaine) Walkowiak, Cecelia (Tony) Klosowski and Beverly (Jerry) Otolski, all of South Bend. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am Tuesday, April 22, 2014, in St. Casimer Catholic Church, 1308 Dunham St., South Bend, where friends may visit for one hour prior to the Mass.
