SOUTH BEND - Elizabeth Cutner, 92, of South Bend, formerly of Park Jefferson Apartments, died Friday afternoon in Ironwood Health & Rehabilitation Center. Elizabeth was an executive secretary for Drewrys for over 30 years. She was born November 2, 1915, in South Bend to Josef and Mary (Nemeth) Wensits who preceded her in death along with sisters, Louise Firtl, Mary Vlahantonis, Rose Kovall and Cecilia Tonk; and three brothers, Joseph, William and Edward Wensits. On November 24, 1955, in Detroit, Michigan she married Howard P. Cutner who died October 17, 1989. Surviving is a stepdaughter, Joyce (Paul) Muckenfuss; stepsons, Dr. L. P. (Donna) Cutner and Lauren (Connie) Cutner, all of California; a sister, Anne Fuzey of Texarkana, Texas; along with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 28 in St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church. Entombment will follow in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until the services, Wednesday in St. Anthony Church. Elizabeth was a member of St. Anthony's Parish, Progress Club and Ladies of the Elks.
