Edwin J. Michalski
Services for Edwin J. Michalski, 62, of 1305 N. Leeper Ave., who was found dead in his home at 8:45 a.m. Wednesday of natural causes, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in St. Joseph Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in the funeral home, where a rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. Friday by Sisters of Poor Handmaids. Mr. Michalski retired in 1985 from the U.S. Postal Service. He was born Nov. 22, 1925 in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident. He is survived by a daughter, Sister Veronica Michalski, PHJC, of Mount Carmel, Ill.; a sister, Leona Rybicki in California; and a brother, Eugene of LaGrange Park, Ill.
