Sevices at St Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, burial at Cedar Grove Cemetery. On 16 Sept 1930 in So Bend he married Anna Degovits, who survives. Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs Sophia Borkowski of SBd and Mrs Cecelia Wawrzyniak of Indianapolis IN, and a brother, Nicholas Budnik of So Bend.
