South Bend...Raymond Kalinowski 56 of 465 Rolland Street, Benton Harbor formerly of South Bend died Thursday afternoon at Mercy Hospital benton Harbor after an illness. Mr. K. He was born Oct. 4, 1932 in South Bend to John Kalinowski Sr. and Irene Nowak. He lived in South Bend for 31 years prior to moving toBenton Harbor. On Jan 26 1964 in Berrien Springs he married the former Eldeane Moats who survives. Also surviving are a daughter Carmen Kalinowski of Benton Harbor. six grandchildren: a great Grandchild: a sister Donna Jean Hill of Benton Harbor and three brothers John and Don of South Bend and Alvin Trent of Ft Meyers FL. There will be no services or visition. Cremation will take place at McGann Creamatorium in South Bend.

Editors Note: Carmen was born Sept 8, 1964 and adopted at 6 months old by Raymond Kalinowsi and Eldeane Diane Moats. Her birth name was Casey Jo Slisz. Her birth parents were Casper Joseph "Casey Slisz and Donna Jean Putrzenski.
