John T Niezgodski SR. was my great grandfather whom I remember from the early 1950's. I do not have a clear photo of him but my mother, Janette (Niezgodski) Dhoore may have. She is on the West coast and may not want to send the original to me on the East coast. Being elderly, she may not be able to get a copy of it/them made. I do not know when I will be able to go and see her.

I don't think she has any photo of the cigar factory. In fact, the only recollection I have of the cigar manufacturing is her mention that they made them in the basement of their home. I don't know if this was before or after the depression of 1929. The home they once owned was very large and sometime after the depression became a nursing home where my great grandmother, Thecla (Tillie) Buczkowski Niezgodski became a resident until her death in 1965.

Also, my aunt Elaine Niezgodski Pauwels, died on September 07, 2005 in Bloomington, Indiana and is buried in South Bend.
