SOUTH BEND - Rose T. Niezgodski, 82, of East Monroe Street, died at 4:10am today in Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Niezgodski was employed by the former Laurel Club.

She was born December 9, 1909, in South Bend. In 1925, in South Bend, as Rose T. Madaras, she married John T. Niezgodski. He died in 1966. She is survived by a daughter, Nancy Kertesz of South Bend; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and a sister, Gloria Holm of South Bend. A son, John, died in 1987.

Services will be at 9am Thursday in St Stephens Catholic Church. Burial will be in St Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm Wednesday in Kaniewski & Sons Funeral Home, where a parish rosary will be said at 3pm.
