SOUTH BEND - Ann Marie Paluzzi Smith, 29, of South Bend, died Tuesday morning, August 7, 2012, in her residence. She was born June 25, 1983, in South Bend, to Mark Paluzzi of Las Vegas and Kathleen Hoffman of South Bend. She is survived by her sons, Thomas and Andrew Paluzzi, and John Wehrle, all of South Bend. Also surviving her are siblings, Juli Turrrell of South Bend, Jennifer Barta (Ashish) of Indianapolis and Laura Alsari (Ahomid) of South Bend, John Hoffman of South Bend, Josh Hoffman, and Nick Paluzzi of Mishawaka. Ann graduated from Mishawaka High School, was very active at Albright United Methodist Church and was active with the Children's Rights for Special Needs Children. Private family services will be held. Cremation will take place in the Welsheimer Crematory, and she will be placed in the Epworth Forrest Gardens.
