South Bend - Patrick Zielinski, 55, passed away Sunday, March 9, 2014 in his home surrounded by his family. Patrick was born January 8, 1959 in South Bend to Eugene and Rosemary (Braniff) Zielinski. Patrick was preceded in death by his father Eugene Zielinski.. On September 10, 1983, Patrick married Marcia (Ciesiolka) Zielinski, she survives along with Patrick?s mother, Rosemary Zielinski; children, Harley (Mary) Zielinski, Sean (Amanda Grover) Zielinski, Heather (Jimmy Marquez) Zielinski, and Chris (Stacia) Gregory ; twelve grandchildren; sister, Sheryl (Jim) Rodgers ; and brother, Mike Zielinski. Patrick was employed with Abtrex Industries for 25 years as a welder. He enjoyed restoring classic cars, going to car shows, and riding his Indian and Harley motorcycles. Visitation for Patrick will be 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, March 12, 2014 in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd. A Celebration of Life will be 11:00 am Thursday, March 13, 2014 in the Funeral Home. A Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
