South Bend - Patricia A Tubicsak, 64, passed away on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 in her home surrounded by her loving family. Patty was born February 22, 1954 in South Bend, to the late John and Alice (Mrowczynski) Sieczko. On September 18, 1971 Patty married her loving husband of 46 years, Terrance George Tubicsak, Sr. He survives, along with their children, Terrence George Tubicsak, II, Carrie (Larry) Smith, and Anthony Tubicsak; grandchildren, George (Leslie Wynn) Musialik, Terrence (Miranda) Musialik, Shyla Tubicsak, and Taylor Musialik; great-granddaughters, Aria and Calie Musialik; and furry babies, Zoey, Gracie and Lexi. Patty worked for the University of Notre Dame for 24 years. She loved her job and made many wonderful friends there. Patty was a very friendly, fun, outgoing person who loved life. She liked great conversation and practical jokes. She enjoyed shopping, garage sales, watching crime shows, the Minions and vacations with family, especially to Disney World. Patty had many dear friends; everyone who met her loved her. The most important of all to Patty was spending time with the ones she loved; her family, friends, and dogs. A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 827 Birchwood Avenue, South Bend, IN 46619. ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, Mayflower Rd. is assisting the family.
