SOUTH BEND - Ethel Maurine Everly, 83, of 225 N. St. Louis Blvd., died at 3:30 p.m. Sunday in her home. Mrs. Everly was a former credit manager and bookkeeper in the furniture business. She was born April 15, 1912, in Rochester. On April 27, 1946, in Oak Park, Ill., as Ethel M. Urbin, she married Chester M. Everly. He survives with two daughters, Cindy Horvath and Charlene Rosheck, both of South Bend; a son, Kent of South Bend; a stepson, Ray G. of Robinson, Ill.; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a brother, Forrest Urbin of South Bend. A son, Robert, died Jan. 26, 1992. She was a member of Order of Eastern Star Chapter 2 and Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Hollis-Orvis-Palmer Funeral Home. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Joseph County Inc.
