MISHAWAKA - Rhonda R. Wickizer, 57, died Monday, June 9, 2014. The Mishawaka native was born Aug. 19, 1956, to Raymond E. & Phyllis J. (Boyer) Mize. She worked as a bus driver for Penn-Harris-Madison School Corp. Rhonda loved being outdoors; camping, fishing, kayaking; had an avid interest in animals & enjoyed her pets. She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond E. Mize, and an infant daughter, Mandy Powers. Rhonda is survived by her husband, Robert L. Wickizer of Mishawaka; her children, Jason (Angela) Powers and Kandi Lindzy, both of Mishawaka, and Nathan (Brittany) Wickizer of San Lorenzo CA; grandchildren, Cody Powers & Kyleigh Lindzy, both at home; her mother, Phyllis J. Mize of Mishawaka; brother, Richard E. (Mary) Mize of Winchester & Ronald E. Mize of Estero, FL; and her sister, Diana Mize of Mishawaka. A memorial service to celebrate Rhonda's life will be 7:00 pm Friday, June 13, at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Hwy. Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
