Margaret A. Kozlowski, 62, of East Broadway, Mishawaka, Ind., passed away after an extended illness on Friday, Aug. 10, in the Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, South Bend, Ind. Mrs. Kozlowski was born on April 24, 1939, in South Bend, as the daughter of the late Walter and Henrietta (Joachmiak) Labis. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Donald Labis. On Dec. 6, 1969, in South Bend, Margaret married Dale Kozlowski, who survives. Margaret is also survived by a daughter, Brenda (Barry) Adams of Mishawaka; two grandsons, Derrik Adams of Elkhart, Ind., and Ryan (Melissa) Adams of South Bend; one great-grandson, Dominic Quinlen; three sisters, Delores Milewski, Susan Labis, both of South Bend, and Betty Jane Weddle of Lima, Ohio. Margaret worked as a pharmacy technician at Hooks. She was a past member of St. Bavo's Catholic Church in Mishawaka. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 13, in the Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. Eighth Street, Mishawaka. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 14, in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Contributions in memory of Margaret may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association Inc., 314 W. Catalpa Drive, Mishawaka, IN 46544.
