MISHAWAKA - Delio Frisoni, 91, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Thursday, November 3, 2016. Delio was born on October 7, 1925, in Mishawaka, to Aurelio and Sylvia (Paglierani) Frisoni, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded by his sister, Anne Marie (Biesbrouck), and his brother, Ugo Frisoni.On February 3, 1951, he married the love of his life, Anne Nemeth in St. Bavo Catholic Church, Mishawaka. She is left to cherish his memory along with their children, Christine (Ken Brucks) Frisoni of Chicago, Patricia Frisoni of Parker, CO, and Michael Frisoni of Mancos, CO; grandchildren, Julia Brucks, David Brucks, Ryan Hinton, and Evan Foster. Delio worked as an accountant for the Mishawaka Utilities, and was a CPA at Wells Aluminum before retiring. He also served proudly in the United States Army with the Amphibious Engineers in the Asiatic Pacific Theatre. He graduated from Kalamazoo College in 1950, earning a Bachelor's degree in economics. He will be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor, his kindness, his ability to fix everything, and his unconditional love of his family. Visitation for Delio will be on Monday, November 7, 2016, from 4 pm to 7 pm at Hahn Funeral Home, 505 West 8th Street, Mishawaka. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow on Tuesday, November 8, 2016, at 11 am in St. Bavo Catholic Church, 511 West 7th Street, Mishawaka. Burial will take place at Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka.
